Welcome to ZEPOL. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, platforms, and activities. By booking or participating in any of our offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Our Mission

  • ZEPOL is a creative space dedicated to expression, connection, and personal growth. We provide supportive environments where individuals can share, create, and discover potential through art-based and human-centered approaches.
  • We are not a medical or therapeutic institution. Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in ZEPOL services.
  • Minors (under 18) may only participate with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Nature of Services

  • Our sessions (1-on-1 ZEPOL Space, ZEPOL Circle, ZEPOL Mentoring) are supportive, expressive, and educational in nature.
  • We do not provide medical diagnoses, psychotherapy, or crisis intervention.
  • If you are in immediate distress or at risk of harming yourself or others, please contact your local emergency services or crisis hotline before engaging with ZEPOL.

4. Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy. Everything shared within sessions is treated with discretion and will not be disclosed without your consent.
  • Exceptions: ZEPOL may disclose information if required by law, or if there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.

5. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Appointments and workshops must be booked through our official platform.
  • Free 15-minute sessions are limited to one per person unless otherwise specified.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may limit future access to services.

6. Fees & Payments

  • Fees for paid services will be clearly indicated prior to booking.
  • Payments must be made through approved secure channels.
  • Refunds are only available in cases of service cancellation by ZEPOL or exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Respectful Participation

  • ZEPOL fosters a safe and inclusive environment. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if behavior compromises the safety or respect of others.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, methods, and creative frameworks used in ZEPOL services are the intellectual property of ZEPOL and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

  • Participants retain ownership of their personal creations (artworks, writings, etc.) produced during activities.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

  • ZEPOL services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • While we commit to offering a supportive environment, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

  • ZEPOL, its founders, and collaborators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services.

10. Indemnification

By engaging with ZEPOL, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZEPOL, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your participation, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Services or Terms

  • ZEPOL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.

  • These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Province of Québec, Canada], without regard to conflict of law principles.
